We are the leader of the Portugal Blue Digital Hub consortium, a digital innovation hub for the Blue Economy

Fórum Oceano is the entity that manages the Portuguese Sea Cluster.
Our Mission is to strengthen strategic cooperation dynamics between actors – companies, RTD centres, higher education institutions, Public Administration organisms – to promote innovation, qualified employment and competitiveness of companies that use the Sea and marine resources as core elements of their activity.
Within the scope of our Mission we intend to contribute to the digitalization, decarbonization and circularity of the productive processes of the Economy of the Sea.

Fórum Oceano – Cluster of the Portuguese Sea is a collective person of public utility that manages the Portuguese Sea Cluster, a competitiveness cluster recognized by the Government of Portugal.
